Her official profile was released on July 19. The show began airing on August 6 and finished on October 22. During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 8th overall, thus making her a member of Kep1er.
Mashiro was assigned to the J Group (Japanese group) and quickly rose as one of the most popular contestants among that category. She won the most votes from the J Group during the pre-broadcast one-pick voting.
