Good Morning (Yena)

"Good Morning" is the third mini album by Yena, which was launched on January 15, 2024. The album's main track is titled "Good Morning." There are four different versions of the physical album available: "Good Morning," "Good Night," and two PLVE versions, one for "Good Morning" and one for "Good Night."

On December 22, 2023, it was revealed that Yena is set to return on January 15, 2024. The title of her upcoming third mini album has been officially confirmed as "Good Morning".

Marking her first comeback since the controversial release of "Hate Rodrigo." The music video for "Hate Rodrigo" featured images of Olivia Rodrigo, resulting in a trademark and copyright issue. The video was taken down and re-edited, but the negative perception of the song remained. 

YENA's "Good Morning" is an energetic pop rock/punk song that will wake you up. It reminds us of her debut but with a bolder sound. The instrumentation gives a rush of adrenaline, while YENA's youthful vocals contrast well with the intense rock vibes. No one has been as successful with this style as she has.

Good Morning by YENA is a thrilling pop/punk rock song. It showcases a different side of her vocals, with an airier and stripped back bridge that pushes the boundaries.

The video for the song is about overcoming worries and embracing a new day. It shows the artist commuting on a train that transforms into an office, representing a dream sequence. She wakes up at midnight to see office workers outside her window, which is quite scary. However, she faces her fears by defeating masked dancers, symbolizing her worries. The video has both cool and funny moments, showcasing the artist's skill and the team's creativity.

The choreography is good. YENA doesn't participate as much as expected, but she interweaves well with the dancers and has chemistry with them, which is good for viewers.
