However, on January 19, EDAM Entertainment made an announcement stating that the pre-release single would undergo a name change. The original title, "Love Wins", received mixed opinions, leading to the decision to rename it to "Love Wins All".

After its release, "Love Wins All" swiftly claimed the top spot on Melon's Top 100 chart within just one hour.

In a remarkable achievement, "Love Wins All" secured the coveted #1 position on the iTunes Top Songs charts in an impressive 23 regions.

Um Tae Hwa took charge of directing the music video, showcasing his skills and vision.

The music video prominently highlights the presence of BTS member V, captivating the audience with his talent and charisma.

The Korean music charts are sure to embrace this beautiful IU ballad, especially since it was released in the heart of winter. It's hard to find anything as guaranteed to succeed as this. As always, IU's vocals are stunning, effortlessly hitting those high notes. Despite its calm and subdued energy, this track displays an unexpected range. It feels like a song straight out of a stage musical, a lullaby infused with the maximum amount of drama that the composers could muster.

I must admit, I'm not typically a fan of ballads. I don't foresee myself listening to this song frequently, but I can imagine it fitting in nicely within the context of an album. Unlike many Korean ballads, this one manages to keep me captivated with its vocal acrobatics. Rather than relying solely on swelling strings, IU herself becomes the driving force behind the music. This is crucial for a highly anticipated comeback such as hers. I'm eagerly looking forward to discovering what surprises she has in store for us on the rest of the album.
